Vivianne Arnold is CEO of Franklin Phillips and President and non executive director of the board of the Australian Services Roundtable, the peak body for the Australian services industries, with the key objective to secure Australia’s place in the global services economy.
Vivianne is the former Worldwide Director, Worldwide Business and Marketing Organization at Microsoft, operating out of Microsoft’s EMEA head office in Paris France, the former Marketing Director of Microsoft Australia, and the former Brand and Advertising Director of Telstra.
Vivianne was Head of Marketing at the Export Finance and Insurance Corporation, Australia’s export credit agency. Vivianne has experience in markets in Asia, Eastern and Western Europe, North and South America and Africa. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Elizabeth Franklin, Founder
Elizabeth Franklin is a dual citizen of the USA and Australia and has also lived in Tokyo and Paris.
After completing her LLB (Hons) at the University of Sydney, she worked as a solicitor in the IT practice at Ebsworth & Ebsworth before moving in house to corporate legal counsel roles at Novus (an ASX listed energy company) and Veda, Australia and New Zealand’s largest credit bureau and credit decisioning company. She began working in executive search in 2011 and in 2013 she co-founded Franklin Phillips with Vivianne Arnold.
Sysha Kumar, Global Head Analyst
Sysha is an experienced treasury, foreign exchange, risk, and trade finance manager. She has corporate compliance, governance, and company secretarial experience in international corporate structures and listed companies. Sysha is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries Of India, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Delhi University and an MBA (Finance). She has over 10 years experience in Indian and multinational companies. Sysha is based in Pune, India. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
Myrbeth Araño, Executive Assistant
Myrbeth is Executive Assistant to the CEO. She is based in Manila, Philippines. Myrbeth is fluent in English and Tagalog.
Cynthia Dearin of Dearin & Associates, Middle East Partner
A lawyer by training, Cynthia began her career after law school as a junior diplomat for the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Later, as a diplomat posted to the United Arab Emirates, Cynthia took a leading role in drafting regional free trade agreements.
After completing a master’s degree in Middle Eastern politics at the University of London’s prestigious School of Asian and African Studies (SOAS), Cynthia completed consulting engagements with Adam Smith International, BearingPoint (KPMG consulting) and Grant Thornton in the UK, The United States, Iraq, Pakistan, the UAE, Jordan and her native Australia. Most recently, Cynthia served as the first female CEO of the Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a peak level trade organization in Australia.
